<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I am the mighty God"

He promises me:
  "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace". (Isa. 9:6)

My response to the word:
  Almighty God is my everlasting Father. He is able to do anything and everything on my behalf, including that which seems impossible. He is omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all-powerful), and omnipresent (present everywhere). I trust my mighty God with my whole life, realizing that He will supply me with everything I need.

My prayer:
  Almighty God, thank you for every promise of your Word. I believe you can do everything and anything. You are my everlasting Father.

Today's scriptures:
 "The Lord said to Abram, 'I am God Almighty. Live in my presence with integrity". (Gen. 17:1 GW) "May God Almighty bless you, make you fertile, and increase the number of your descendents so that you become a community of people". (Gen. 28:3 GW) "My God will richly fill your every need in a glorious way through Christ Jesus". (Phil. 4:19 GW)

Quote for today:
The God in whom we believe can act, and does act, how and when it pleases Him. (Martyn Lloyd-Jones)
