<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I will be faithful in performing My Word to you".

He promises me:
  "Faithful in He that called you, who also will do it". (1 Thess. 5:24)

My response to the word:
  God is faithful. He has called me by His grace. He will perform in my life what His Word promises. Isaiah wrote, "So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return void: it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing to which I sent it".

My prayer:
  Lord, thank you for calling me out of the world of darkness into the Kingdom of your marvellous light. I believe you will fulfil your Word in my life.

Today's scriptures:
 "My Word, which comes out of My mouth, is like the rain and snow. It will not come back to Me without results, but it will accomplish whatever I want and achieve whatever I send it to do". (Isa. 55:11 GW) "Every good present and every perfect gift comes from above from the Father who made the sun, moon, and stars. The Father doesn't change like the shifting shadows produced by the sun and the moon". (James 1:17 GW) "You have been born again, not from a seed that can be destroyed, but through God's everlasting Word that can't be destroyed". (1 Peter 1:23 GW)

Quote for today:
Revivals begin as God's response to the heart-cries of His people, not only praying for the lost, but facing their own need of spiritual renewal. (Colin Urquhart)
