<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I will gird you with strength".

He promises me:
  "For who is God save the Lord? Or who is a rock save our God? It is God that girds me with strength, and makes my way perfect". (Ps. 18:31,32)

My response to the word:
  God girds me with strength and He makes my way perfect because He is "a shield to all those who trust in Him". He enables me to "run through a troop, and by my God I have leaped over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect". He is giving me strength for this very day and "He makes my feet like hinds feet, and sets me upon the high places". I love the Lord.

My prayer:
  Lord God, thank you for girding me with strength and enabling me to face every challenge and difficulty that comes my way. I will walk in your strength throughout this day.

Today's scriptures:
 "With you I can attack a line of soldiers. With my God I can break through barricades. God's way is perfect! The promise of the Lord has proven to be true. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in Him". (Ps. 18:30,31 GW) "He makes my feet like those of a deer and gives me sure footing on high places". (Ps. 18:33 GW)

Quote for today:
It is definitely a crime for a Christian to be weak in God's strength. (Oswald Chambers)
