Today God says:
"I am faithful to you".
He promises me:
"It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul; therefore will I hope in Him. The Lord is good to them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeks Him". (Lam. 3:22-25)
My response to the word:
God is always faithful to His Word. He will never allow anything to come to me that He and I can't handle together. He keeps all the promises of His Word. He says, "So shall My Word be that goes out of my mouth: it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I please".
My prayer:
Father in heaven, thank you for your great faithfulness which is new every morning of my life. I believe all the promises of your Word. I know you will never let me down.
Today's scriptures:
"My Word, which comes out of My mouth, is like the rain and snow. It will not come back to Me without results, but it will accomplish whatever I want and achieve whatever I send it to do". (Isa. 55:11 GW) "The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do this". (1 Thess. 5:24 GW) "But the Lord is faithful and will strengthen you and protect you against the evil one". (2 Thess. 3:3 GW)
Quote for today:
We need not fear life, because God is the Ruler of all; and we need not fear death, because He shares immortality with us. (Warren Wiersbe)

After serving in desolate locations in Egypt for a number of years, he opened a 90-bed tuberculosis sanatorium in Palestine. On Wednesday, April 14, 1954, at five in the afternoon, he was in the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem, with his wife and others, making plans for the Easter Sunrise Service the next Lord's Day, when he was called Home!
