Today God says:
"With lovingkindness I have drawn you".
He promises me:
"The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying, 'I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you". (Jer. 31:3)
My response to the word:
God's lovingkindness is better than life to me. His love for me is everlasting. I will walk in the sunlight of His love throughout this day. Even when the sky is cloudy, I know that the sunlight shines above. By way of this analogy I will remember that God's love is always there as well, even when the clouds and storms of life appear threatening.
My prayer:
Father, I receive your love. Your amazing, everlasting love truly is my life. Help me to fully know your love.

On 22nd December 1899, D L Moody died in Northfield, Massachusetts at the age of 62 years. He was one of the great evangelists of the 1800s. He founded the Moody Church, Northfield School and Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts, Moody Bible Institute and Moody Publishers.
