<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "Christ has redeemed you from the Law's curse".

He promises me:
  "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, 'Cursed is every one who hangs on a tree". (Gal. 3:13)

My response to the word:
  In his own strength, no man is capable of keeping all the Law. This is good in that it teaches us that we need a source of strength beyond ourselves. The Lord Jesus Christ redeemed us from the law's curse. Paul wrote, "The law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith". I praise God that I have been justified by faith in Christ.

My prayer:
  Dear Lord, thank you for redeeming me from the curse of the Law by bringing me to Jesus Christ who has redeemed me and justified me. I love Him with all my heart.

Today's scriptures:
 "So those who are believers in Christ Jesus can no longer be condemned. The standard of the Spirit, who gives life through Christ Jesus, have set you free from the standards of sin and death". (Rom. 8:1,2 GW) "Before Christ came, Moses' laws served as our guardian. Christ came so that we could receive God's approval because of faith". (Gal. 5:24 GW)

Quote for today:
Forgiveness is not an emotion .. Forgiveness is an act of the will, and the will can function regardless of the temperature of the heart. (Corrie Ten Boom)
