Today God says:
"Live in the Spirit, and walk in the Spirit".
He promises me:
"If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit". (Gal. 5:25)
My response to the word:
Jesus died on the cross; then on the third day He rose from the dead. Before He ascended into heaven He promised, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance". He has made it possible for me to live and walk in the Holy Spirit, and I will do so throughout this day.
My prayer:
Lord God, thank you for sending your Holy Spirit to teach me all things. I will live and walk in Him today.

On 13th June 1525, German Reformer Martin Luther, 42, married former nun Katherine von Bora, 26. Their 21-year marriage bore six children. Kate outlived her husband (who died in 1546) by six years.
On 13th June 1812, John Hunt was born in Hykeham Moor, Lincoln. After ordination he went to Fiji in 1838. The Great Awakening in mainland Fiji began under his ministry at Viwa and spread through his trained preachers. He translated the New Testament into beautiful Bauan idiom. He died of fatigue in Viwa in 1848 at the age of 36 years.
