Today God says:
"You are one spirit with Me".
He promises me:
"But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit". (1 Cor.6:17)
My response to the word:
"Jesus said, 'I am the true vine, and My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that bears no fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit …. Abide in Me, and I in you". I will abide in the Lord throughout this day because I know that I have been joined to Him, and this is the key to fruitfulness in my life.
My prayer:
Lord, I realize that without Jesus Christ I can do nothing. I am joined to the Lord. Therefore, I will abide in Him throughout this day.
Today's scriptures:
"Thomas said to Him, 'Lord, we don't know where you're going. So how can we know the way?'. Jesus answered him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father except through Me". (John 14:5,6 GW) "Jesus said, 'I am the true vine, and My Father takes care of the vineyard. He removes every one of My branches that doesn't produce fruit. He also prunes every branch that does produce fruit to make it produce more fruit". (John 15:1,2 GW)

On 4th June 1948, the Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBA) came on air at 6pm. It sends out the Gospel message throughout Asia in more than 150 languages.
On 4th June 1970, Tonga was re-established as a full sovereign state. Named the Friendly Isles by James Cook, it consists of some 71 islands. Methodist missionaries brought the gospel to the islands and helped devise its constitution. Tonga was the first time-zone to welcome in January 1, 2000, with the singing of the Hallelujah Chorus.
