Today God says:
"I am able to make all grace abound toward you".
He promises me:
"And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work". (2 Cor. 9:8)
My response to the word:
God wants me to abound in good works. Therefore, He gives me His grace which provides me with everything I need. Truly, His grace is sufficient for me. My heart is filled with wonder and praise as I contemplate His all-sufficient grace in my life. "Thanks be to God for His unspeakable gift".
My prayer:
Marvellous Lord, thank you for the working of your marvellous grace in my life. You have given me everything I need, and I praise your holy name.
Today's scriptures:
"I thank God for His gift that words cannot describe". (2 Cor. 9:15 GW) "Therefore, I accept weakness, mistreatment, hardship, persecution, and difficulties suffered for Christ. It's clear that when I'm weak, I'm strong". (2 Cor. 12:10 GW) "God saved you through faith as an act of kindness. You had nothing to do with it. Being saved is a gift from God". (Eph. 2:8 GW)
Quote for today:
Sin comes up like Noah's flood, but grace rides over the tops of the mountains like the ark. (Charles Spurgeon)
On this day:
"Scriptures are taken from the King James Bible or those marked (GW) are from the God's Word Translation, used with permission".
