<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "I have delivered you from the power of darkness, and I have translated you into the Kingdom of My dear Son".

He promises me:
  "Giving thanks unto the Father, who has made us able to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son". (Col. 1:12-13)

My response to the word:
  My heart is filled with gratitude to my heavenly Father who enabled me to be a partaker of His spiritual inheritance. He has delivered me from the power of darkness and of Satan, and has brought me into the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Through the blood of Jesus, I have redemption and the forgiveness of my sins.

My prayer:
  Lord, thank you for preparing me to become a partaker of your inheritance. I know that I have been delivered from the power of darkness. I rejoice over the fact that you have redeemed me and forgiven me, and filled me with the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ.

Today's scriptures:
 "You are my hiding place. You protect me from trouble. You surround me with joyous songs of salvation". (Ps 32:7 GW) "The Spirit of the Lord is with me. He has anointed me to tell the Good News to the poor. He has sent me to announce forgiveness to the prisoners of sin and the restoring of sight to the blind, to forgive those who have been shattered by sin". (Luke 4:18 GW) "Because you are God's children, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into us to call out 'Abba, Father". (Gal. 4:6 GW)

Quote for today:
Bad deeds are no hindrance, and good deeds no help, when you come to God for salvation. (David Pawson)
