<Yesterday    Tomorrow>

Today God says:
 "You will find Me if you seek Me with all your heart".

He promises me:
  "Then shall you call upon Me, and you shall go and pray to Me; and I will hearken to you. And you shall seek Me, and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. And I will be found of you, says the Lord, and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations". (Jer. 29:12-14)

My response to the word:
  God wants me to call upon Him and to pray. He promises that He will listen to my voice as I do so. Furthermore, He invites me to seek Him, and He promises me that I will find Him when I do so. The prerequisite to these blessings is to search for Him with all my heart. I will search for the Lord with all my heart throughout this day.

My prayer:
  Heavenly Father, thank you for inviting me to seek you and search for you. Help me to do so with all my heart this day.

Today's scriptures:
 "However, be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you don't forget the things which you have seen with your eyes. Don't let them fade from your memory as long as you live". (Deut. 4:9 GW) "I love those who love Me. Those eagerly looking for Me will find Me". (Prov. 8:17 GW) "So we can go confidently to the throne of God's kindness to receive mercy and find kindness, which will help us at the right time". (Hebr. 4:16 GW)

Quote for today:
The degree of blessing enjoyed by any man will correspond exactly with the completeness of God's victory over him. (A W Tozer)
